Alan Spry's 1970 Plymouth Superbird

1970 Plymouth Superbird

I have owned this Superbird for about 19 years. It is a very enjoyable car to drive, as it handles and drives like a new car. We take the car to Texas Motor Speedway’s 1.5 mile track occasionally. The car runs out really well, and at around 110 mph, you can begin to feel the aerodynamics come into play as the rear wing presses the rear of the car down. The Superbird is unrestored-with only minor touch-ups. It still sports the original top & interior. I believe the car may have been raced in its early days, due to some modifications which had to be repaired. This also might explain why the car only has 61,000 total miles.

The specifications of the Superbird include:
426 x 2 Hemi
4 Speed w/ Pistol Grip shifter
345 Dana 60
Tic-Toc Tach
