Ron Russ’ 1969 Plymouth Fury III Sedan
This is my 1969 Plymouth Fury III Sedan. The car is originally a upper state New York vehicle with just one previous owner. The car is original at 56,200 miles. The owner became to old to drive and the son didn't want the car so a swap arrangement was negotiated for my one-of-a-kind '87 Mercury Limousine. The son drove the '69 down and now the Limo is happily ferrying back and forth to New York City while the Plymouth is in semi-retirement in Texas. The Plymouth is the basic model with a 318 CID small block and automatic transmission, with heat and radio. The radiator, at 22", has a difficult time with the Texas heat but that will be resolved next year. The car is pretty well original except for some detailing and a new paint job and the normal wearitems. The '69 is just a nice old driver with a lot of life left.
